Early in my career I worked alongside leaders within the Jordan Brand organization. This experience showed me how storytelling and product innovation combine to create iconic footwear.
I also collaborated directly with Jordan Brand leadership on market protection and category innovation. From leading anti-counterfeit initiatives to delivering insights that shaped executive-level strategies, my work helped safeguard the brand’s legacy and global equity.designs that connect with users.
As Product Line Manager for outdoor and running footwear at RAX, I played a key role in shaping product strategy and expanding the brand’s performance footwear portfolio.
I led the development of new silhouettes across running and outdoor categories while working closely with design, development, and manufacturing teams to bring products to market.
My work helped increase international revenue, open new Amazon distribution channels, and eventually led to the transition of U.S. brand ownership under ROCKDEEP.
ROCKDEEP began as my creative vision for a purpose driven footwear and apparel brand built around culture and identity.
I led the brand from early product concepts through development, storytelling, and global sales, building a loyal following along the way.
Creating ROCKDEEP ultimately brought together everything I had learned across product design, brand narrative, and culture.
I brought the ROCKDEEP brand into the physical world by launching four retail locations across the DC, Maryland, and Virginia area. Each store was more than a shop, it was a hub for community, creativity, and culture-driven commerce.
